Folding walkers and rollators on display in a cosy shop with sage shelving and pendant lights

Why stock us

What dealers get

A focused range

Three product families — walkers, rollators and stairlifts — so your floor space and your stock stay simple to manage.

Honest product information

Specification sheets with weights, dimensions, folding sizes and user weight limits, written in plain language.

Display and sales support

Shelf cards, a demonstration unit programme and photography for your own listings.

A named account contact

One person who knows your shop and answers your emails, not a ticket queue.

Local referrals

When households contact us from your area, we can point them to you as a stockist.

Fair online policy

Clear guidance on advertised pricing so neighbouring dealers compete on service, not undercutting.

Dealer FAQ

Questions from retailers

Do I need a physical shop to become a dealer?+

No. We work with high-street stores, pharmacies, showrooms and online-only retailers. We ask about how you reach customers so we can suggest the right starting range.

Is there a minimum opening order?+

Yes, a modest one. The exact figure is still being finalised and is shown as placeholder copy on this page until it is confirmed.

Can I sell stairlifts without fitting them myself?+

Stairlift sales involve a staircase survey and a fitting arrangement. We discuss the options for your area during onboarding; you do not need in-house fitters to apply.

How long does an application take?+

We aim to reply to every application personally. Typical turnaround is shown on this page as placeholder copy until our process is finalised.

Can I use your product photography and descriptions?+

Approved dealers receive product sheets and images for use in their own store and listings, under the brand guidelines we share at onboarding.
